1. What if they don't fit, can I return them? Please read the instructions on sizing before purchasing your Vibram® FiveFingers® from us. If for some reason you followed all the instructions and the shoes still do not fit, we are happy for you to return them to us in their original packaging, and in their original condition within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. Please understand that you will be responsible for the return freight.

  2. What is your returns policy if the shoes are damaged/ break?

The Vibram® FiveFingers® have a very low return rate due to factory defects. If there is a factory defect this will only be present in one of the shoes (either the left or the right) due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Should you be one of the unlucky few, we will be happy to replace your shoes for you at no extra cost to you within 90 days of purchase. Please ensure that you read the care instructions on our website and accompanying the shoes, in particular with reference to washing in cold water (at or below 30°C) as damage due to excessive wear and tear, failing to follow care instructions and misuse will not be included.

  3. Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?

We ship to anywhere in New Zealand.

Shipping costs have a flat rate of NZ$8.00.

  4. How long will it take to get my delivery?

We will process your order on the first working day after you made the order. Depending on your location, your order will be with you in 2-7 days. Should we not have your order in stock, we will notify you of any delays before shipping your order.

  5. I have been training for a marathon in regular running shoes, can I run it in my new FiveFingers® that I got last week?

No, unless you have been secretly training as a barefoot runner or want an excuse to leave the marathon at the 5km mark we strongly advise you to transition with care according to the instructions provided on the website or in the guide accompanying your shoes.

  6. My baby toe hurts after I put on my FiveFingers® for the first time. Is this a problem?

No, this is entirely normal. Due to the pointed shape of most shoes, many baby toes spend a lot of time hanging around under the 4th toe. They are now getting a bit of a stretch, and this is really good for them. Ease into wearing the shoes slowly and they will be forever grateful!

  7. Should I run with a heel strike or a forefoot strike in my FiveFingers®?

It's not often that answers about technique are so black and white. You must run with a forefoot strike when running in Vibram® FiveFingers®. If you are unsure whether you are doing it correctly, get a physiotherapist or a running coach to have a look at how you run. You can also read through our website to get a better idea of what you should be doing.
